Designed as a speculative space for Dexus, L2, 12 Creek St. design brief asked for a large, open plan work space, comprising of a 1:10 density, large reception and waiting areas with ‘wow’ factor, flexible working spaces, drop in desks, meeting rooms, board rooms, and kitchen with breakout space. The use of space was to be broken up across the plate allowing for formal meetings and board rooms to open onto a secondary kitchen and breakout space that could be used for client functions or whole office information sessions.

The finishes were to be simple and elegant, with feature elements through the foyer and reception and simple bright finishes through the board rooms and meeting areas.
