Clontarf IGA and the surrounding retail precinct were tired and in need of an update. Existing of a single tenancy with space that was poorly utilised, Chalmers Partners was engaged to explore retail opportunities and potential tenancy splits that would support an update of the precinct.
The final design was simple and effective, with three tenancies split across space. These included an update to the existing IGA, a new bottle shop, with the third tenancy a becoming a chemist.
Included in the project was a simple, external tidy and update of a parking lot with better access to and from the tenancies. A new covered walkway was also required.
