The O-Hotel is located in the middle of Osaka, and is designed to be a mixed use product that includes a hot spring bathing facility. The tower consists of a ground floor food and beverage precinct, designed as a modern street food precinct. Above this are multiple floors of hot springs, alternating styles up the tower. The top three floors consist of a total of 15 Hotel apartments, some of which are leased mid to long term.
